Order Management Expert

Manage Order Fulfilment Process with Excellence

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure Order Accuracy and Compliance by Reviewing Customer Orders for Completeness, Correctness, and Alignment with Company Procedures.
  • Coordinate Order Processing to Ensure Timely Execution, Minimize Entry Errors, and Maintain High-Quality Service Standards.
  • Support Stakeholders through Training, Guidance, and Operational Assistance to Foster Adherence to Established Order Management Processes.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by Addressing Inquiries Effectively, Resolving Complaints Timely, and Overseeing Root Cause Investigations and Corrective Actions.
  • Monitor and Manage Inventory Levels to Balance Product Availability with Customer Demand, Prevent Excess Stock Accumulation, and Optimize Supply Chain Efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Logistics Teams to Ensure Timely Shipments and Coordinate Outbound Logistics.
  • Identify Opportunities for Process Improvement through Regular Review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Enhancing Efficiency, Accuracy, and Effectiveness in the End-to-End Order Fulfilment Process.
  • Audit and Compliance: Support Internal and External Audits by Providing Accurate and Timely Information.
  • Project Support: Assist with Ad-Hoc Tasks and Contribute to Cross-Functional Projects as Needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Supply Chain Operations or Order Management Experience with a Minimum of 5 Years.
  • Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a Related Field.
  • Proficiency in ERP Systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Equivalent; SAP S/4HANA Experience is Preferred.
  • Strong Analytical Skills with Ability to Interpret Order Backlogs, Inventory Reports, and KPIs using Excel or BI Tools.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems and Regulatory Requirements.
