Soft Service Manager Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for experienced professionals to oversee daily operations of soft services and food service functions, ensuring the highest standards of service delivery to clients.

  • Manage soft services and food service teams, providing leadership, training, and support to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to meet client requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with services provided.
  • Manage resources effectively to optimize service delivery and financial performance.
  • E nsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Soft Service Manager or similar role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management industry.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple tasks and activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support service delivery and reporting.
