Job Title: Senior Construction Supervisor

Job Description:
  • Ensure all work-related activities comply with client standards and requirements.
  • Report to the construction manager and coordinate with M&E and design departments for high-quality project outcomes.
  • Monitor and control sub-contractors' equipment and manpower allocation on site.
  • Prepare short-term micro programmes based on the master programme and report to the CM.
  • Supervise and ensure quality of construction work according to project specifications.
  • Issue and follow up on material clearance documents to sub-contractors.
  • Issue and manage internal site memoranda.
  • Review and monitor non-conformance items and material processes.
  • Assist the project manager in implementing the company's QESH system on-site.
  • Coordinate inspection works with resident engineers and RTOs.
  • Handle technical and engineering issues during construction.
  • Assist in planning, programming, and progress monitoring in accordance with safe work procedures.
  • Liaise with clients' representatives and consultants for project coordination.
  • Participate in risk assessments and develop SWPs for civil and structural works.
  • Conduct engineering safety inspections.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S, method statements, risk assessments, and in-house SHE rules for assigned work areas.
  • Accompany RE/RTO/Consultants during inspections.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant site supervision and coordination experience.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, material specifications, and project scheduling.
  • Familiarity with QESH, risk assessments, and safe work procedures.
  • Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
