Job Title: Senior Construction Site Coordinator

Ambitious and results-driven professional required for a senior site coordination role. The ideal candidate will have proven problem-solving skills, excellent site supervision abilities, and the capacity to coordinate well with subcontractors, RE, and RTO.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring work progress at the site, including conducting periodical site inspections and attending meetings during the construction project.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist the site manager and construction manager in coordinating and monitoring work progress at the site.
  • Conduct quality checks before, during, and after installation completion.
  • Manage subcontractors and ensure they operate in safe and productive conditions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in the related field for this position.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
  • Good team player with a keen desire to learn, contribute, advance, and progress with the company.
  • Willingness to travel to Clementi.
  • Prefer candidates residing in West Region Singapore.
