Job Opportunity

As a senior construction site coordinator, you will play a vital role in overseeing the day-to-day activities of our on-site projects.

  • Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for monitoring and supervising all roll-on-site works and other construction-related activities to ensure they meet the specified requirements.
  • Strategic Coordination: You will coordinate with sub-contractors and resources, including workers and machinery, to ensure seamless execution of project tasks.
  • Quality Assurance: You will verify that delivered construction materials meet the required specifications.
  • Reporting and Documentation: You will prepare daily site reports, take site progress pictures, and check and record site measurements to track project progress.
  • Operational Efficiency: You will implement strategies to minimize material and manpower wastage.
  • Conflict Resolution: You will handle labour and supplier disputes in a fair and professional manner.

Essential Qualifications

  • Experience: You must have experience as a road work supervisor or equivalent, with strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
  • Technical Expertise: You should possess in-depth knowledge of construction techniques and be capable of resolving technical and site issues.
  • Attendance Management: You will be responsible for checking the daily attendance of workers for late arrival, absence, or false claims.
  • Communication Skills: You should have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with site agents, sub-contractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: You must be willing to work in a dusty environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
