Job Title: Senior Construction Site Coordinator

The Senior Construction Site Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of ground improvement construction works. This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A min. Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent, demonstrating technical competence.
  • At least 5 years of experience on LTA/MRT projects in Singapore, showcasing expertise.
  • Strong technical skills and excellent time management abilities, enabling prioritization of tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor daily project work, providing instructions and tracking progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain a safe work environment on site, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Supervise ground improvement construction works, collaborating with consultants and sub-contractors to achieve project goals.
  • Track progress and quality of work performed by operations teams, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, clients, and contractors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with project quality and safety plans, contract requirements, and government regulations.
  • Create and maintain project documentation, including records of resources used and schedule adherence.
