This role requires a deep understanding of how to create engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences. The ideal candidate will have experience in content creation, editing, and publishing across various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
The successful candidate will also have strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A key aspect of this role is collaboration with cross-functional teams, including product development, design, and marketing. The Digital Content Leader will be responsible for ensuring that all content created is aligned with the company's brand image and messaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and Implement Content Strategies
- Create content calendars and editorial plans that align with business objectives and user needs.
- Develop and implement content distribution plans to reach target audiences.
- 2. Create Engaging Content
- Write and edit high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Design and develop visual content, including graphics, videos, and infographics.
- 3. Manage Content Publishing
- Publish content on various channels, including websites, blogs, and social media.
- Monitor and analyze content performance using metrics such as engagement rates and click-through rates.
- 4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams

Requirements:
Experience:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in content creation, editing, and publishing, preferably in a digital environment.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
Skills:
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content that resonates with diverse audiences.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in content management systems, including WordPress and Adobe Creative Cloud.
