Job Title: Retail Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled retail professional to join our team as a Retail Business Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective planning, execution, and analysis of sales performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the brand's high standards by fostering a positive shopping environment and addressing customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Build strong client relationships through personalized service, clienteling, and effective communication to drive repeat business and enhance customer loyalty.
  • Monitor and analyze sales trends to develop and implement effective sales strategies, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including visual merchandising, stock management, and maintaining a luxurious and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns, influencer collaborations, and social media promotions that align with the brand's overall strategy.
  • Manage and contribute to the boutique's online presence across various platforms, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in digital marketing efforts.
  • Support online sales channels and coordinate stock availability to optimize sales and minimize losses.
