Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Key Sales Growth Strategist to drive sales growth through strategic retail partnerships and brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in account management, commercial negotiation, and marketing execution.

Responsibilities
  • Sales Growth and Partnership Development: Manage relationships with major retail accounts to achieve sales targets and strengthen brand presence.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Management: Negotiate annual trading terms, promotional plans, and marketing budgets with key accounts.
  • Joint Business Planning: Develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts, including sales forecasts and growth strategies.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sell-in and sell-out performance, identify growth opportunities, and address underperforming areas.
  • Inventory Management: Ensure timely delivery of stock, accurate order processing, and effective inventory management to avoid OOS situations.

Marketing and Brand Activation:
  • Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales in retail channels.
  • Visual Merchandising and In-Store Promotions: Coordinate in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and product display compliance.
  • Product Launches and Sampling: Organise product launches, sampling programs, and KOL/influencer activities to generate consumer engagement.
  • Marketing Collaterals and POS Materials: Oversee production of marketing collaterals and POS materials for both online and offline retail.

Business Analysis and Reporting:
  • Market Trends and Competitor Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to shape brand and sales strategies.
  • Sales Performance and ROI Tracking: Track and report sales performance, marketing effectiveness, and promotional ROI.

Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG, beauty, or retail account management.
  • Negotiation and Relationship Skills: Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Marketing Execution: Proven experience in planning and executing retail marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical Mindset: Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
