The Technology Consultant, Growth and Transformation supports the leadership in planning and executing strategic initiatives across client accounts and practices to drive growth agenda.
This entails a good understanding of the government sector, industry trends and close interlocks with key stakeholders across Public Service and Defence & Homeland Security client service units.
The role reports to the Senior Director, Gov+ Strategic Business Group.
Key Responsibilities- Support the leadership in planning and executing local, regional and global business campaigns and sales pursuits.
- Engage and work closely with leaders and stakeholders from Client Service Units on strategic initiatives activities.
- Track and measure strategic initiatives outcomes, e.g. cloud, Centre of Excellence, GenAI, sustainability, SaaS solutions etc.
- Leverage industrial knowledge and research to deliver analytic insights to drive campaigns and improve sales, revenue and profitability.
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholder groups, and work with key individuals across corporate functions, finance, and business to develop solutions.
- Around 3 to 10 years of experience in IT consulting, program management, or a similar role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding on the wide range of service offerings.
- Experienced in supporting a technology practice in driving strategic campaigns and key practice initiatives.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in PowerPoint materials for managements and top executives.
- Well-versed in external and internal stakeholder management across all levels in an organisation.
- Proactive and action-oriented.
- Self-motivated with a positive 'can-do' attitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and in a fast-paced environment.
- Action and growth-oriented with a passion for learning and development.
