Job Title: Business Systems Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving business growth through effective analysis and management of change requests.

  • You will work closely with UI/UX designers to create and enhance user interfaces that meet business needs.
  • You will review existing business processes and applications to assess the impact of requirements and change requests.
  • You will conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops to elicit, clarify, and validate requirements from stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in software development projects with a focus on analyzing and managing Change Requests (CRs).
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create/enhance User Interfaces (UIs).
  • Review and understand existing business processes and applications.
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent IT field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in software development projects with direct involvement in managing Change Requests or requirements management.
  • Proficient in Jira tool and process flow creation tools such as Miro or similar.
