Tender & Proposal Engineer plays a critical role in the success of our projects.

This position is responsible for ensuring timely, competitive, and technically sound submissions to secure key projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical knowledge of ground engineering and foundation construction methods, as well as strong experience in piling, foundation, or geotechnical construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proposal Development: Lead or support the preparation of bid submissions, technical proposals, and tender documentation, ensuring compliance with project requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the engineering, project, and commercial teams to gather necessary input for each bid.
  • Tender Analysis: Review and interpret tender requirements, specifications, and drawings.
  • Method Statement Preparation: Prepare method statements, work schedules, resource plans, and cost breakdowns.
  • Subcontractor Management: Liaise with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to obtain quotations and technical information.
  • Proposal Quality Control: Ensure proposals are compliant, accurate, and aligned with project requirements and deadlines.
  • Tender Presentations: Participate in tender clarifications, presentations, and negotiations when required.
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain a library of proposal materials, templates, and successful submissions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Degree: Degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within piling, foundation, or geotechnical construction.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of ground engineering and foundation construction methods.
  • Local Tender Processes: Familiarity with local tender processes and statutory submission requirements.
