Job Role:
Social Work AssociateSupport the operations of our Family Service Centres (FSCs) by working with diverse client groups. Utilize strong organizational skills and excellent communication abilities to facilitate effective social work interventions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in casework and counseling interventions under expert guidance.
- Support administrative functions for group work processes.
- Contribute to the execution of group work, community development, and program initiatives.
- Handle enquiries and manage intakes effectively.
- Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Head of Department and supervisor.
- Preferred Polytechnic Diploma in Social Work; other diplomas considered.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at supporting social work interventions.
- Highly proficient in oral and written communication, with strength in English.
- Resourceful and skilled at collaborating with government agencies to secure effective solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of relevant policies and schemes impacting clients.
- Mature and independent, with a positive work attitude and team player spirit.
