About Our Community Interventions Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our team in delivering community interventions that drive positive change and support individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop effective outreach strategies to engage with stakeholders and community partners, promoting collaborative relationships and mutual understanding.
  • Manage referrals and work closely with clients to develop tailored intervention plans, addressing their unique needs and circumstances.

  • Pursue ongoing professional development through regular attendance at clinical supervision meetings and training sessions, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Social Work or equivalent, combined with 2 years of experience in the social service sector or a similar setting.
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with social work interventions, enabling effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
