Administrative Sales Support Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to fill the role of Administrative Sales Assistant (Part-Time) at Goh Yeow Seng Pte Ltd. As an administrative sales support professional, you will play a vital role in providing customer support, processing sales orders, and maintaining proper filing and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and statements efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Perform various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- On-site work is required.
- Preference given to candidates residing in the Bedok area.
- This is a part-time student job opportunity.
- Remuneration will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
