We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised individual to fill the role of Administrative Sales Assistant (Part-Time) at Goh Yeow Seng Pte Ltd. As an administrative sales support professional, you will play a vital role in providing customer support, processing sales orders, and maintaining proper filing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Process sales orders, invoices, and statements efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the Logistics department to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform various ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to liaison with Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • On-site work is required.
  • Preference given to candidates residing in the Bedok area.
  • This is a part-time student job opportunity.
  • Remuneration will be based on qualifications, experience, and performance.
