Dynamic Sales and Administrative Support Professional

MFB Products Asia Pte Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and organized Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide administrative support while coordinating sales activities to ensure seamless communication between departments and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in managing client accounts and sales leads by preparing quotations and contracts, coordinating communication between teams, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative duties such as answering phone calls, managing emails, scheduling appointments, organizing files, and processing office supplies inventory.
- Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly, maintaining positive relationships, and following up on feedback.
This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive estimated salary of SGD 45,000 - SGD 55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
