At Hostmost Engineering (S) Pte. Ltd., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our Sales team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless order processing, delivery arrangements, and database maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Service Order Processing: Accurately process sales and service orders in a timely manner, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded.
  • Delivery Arrangement: Coordinate with relevant parties to arrange deliveries, ensuring prompt and efficient logistics.
  • Database Maintenance: Update and maintain databases, including stock-in and out data, to ensure accurate records and efficient operations.
  • Customer Liaison: Communicate effectively with customers regarding their orders and requirements, resolving any issues promptly.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Sales Team with filing, data entry, and follow-up tasks as needed.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of working experience in Admin coordination work
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to converse in English
  • Basic knowledge of ERP systems (an advantage)
