  • Key responsibilities:
  • Verify, compute, record, reconcile, and clear accounts receivables' data and customer receipts per company policies and procedures.
  • Assess provision for doubtful debts per company policies.
  • Analyze revenue recognition and process billing requests using RPA, reviewing and handling exceptions.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and customers regarding billing processes.
  • Manage and track cash flow by monitoring customer accounts for non or delayed payments.
