We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced researcher to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to study the impact of urban design on mental health outcomes in children and adults. This includes analyzing longitudinal cohort studies and collaborating with clinicians and other researchers from diverse fields.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research Design: Co-develop research objectives and design studies to investigate the effects of urban factors, such as neighborhood design, heat stress, and noise, on mental wellbeing.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct statistical analysis of data from various sources, including longitudinal cohort studies and publicly available street-view imagery.
  • Presentation: Present research findings to international audiences and visiting stakeholders through academic papers, conference presentations, and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • PhD in Urban Sciences or related field: Proven experience in conducting, analyzing, and producing scholarly works from experiments.
  • Machine Learning Tools: Proficiency in Python programming and familiarity with developer tools (e.g., git, AWS).
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to express complex ideas clearly and concisely.
