Singapore Institute of Mental Health Full time

Family Group: Allied HealthTo support and co-ordinate research projects and clinical trials being conducted in the Early Psychosis Intervention Programme (EPIP) and Department of Psychosis.

**Responsibilities**:
**Role-specific (80%)**
- Support and coordinate research projects/clinical trials
- Recruit and follow up with participants, including conducting informed consent
- Co-ordinate and liaise between study sites for research projects, including recording of minutes
- Assist and follow-up with submissions for ethics approval for research proposals
- Assist with budget, claims, and agreement preparation for research projects
- Set up and maintain research database(s) relevant to research projects
- Data collection (including biological samples) and transcription from case-records/patient interviews
- Offer basic statistical support and conduct basic statistical analyses
- Assist in the preparation of manuscripts for submission to journals

**General (20%)**
- Computerised and manual literature searches for relevant projects
- Assist with any research or claims audits
- Plan and make posters/flyers for research submissions
- Support and cultivate research culture in the department
- Any other tasks assigned

**Requirements**:
**Competency**
- Basic knowledge of SPSS is preferred
- Experience in managing multi-site research projects and clinical trials preferred

**Educational and Professional Requirements**
- Degree holder in Psychology/ Life Sciences/ Nursing
