Job Title: Human Resource Strategist
Role OverviewThe Human Resource Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving the organization's HR strategy and implementing policies and processes. This includes providing operational support to the HR Regional Head in designing, developing, and institutionalizing new HR initiatives and plans.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Zonal/Regional HR Head in planning and implementing key HR initiatives to enhance the organization's Employer of Choice status.
- Work with Business/Function Heads to execute the HR business plan/strategy, embedding change into day-to-day working practice and organizational culture.
- Contribute to the review and improvement of HR policies to reinforce organizational culture.
- Provide inputs to the Zonal/Regional HR Head in developing solutions that enable successful retention strategies and solve capability gaps using internal/external levers.
- Implement recruitment solutions that enhance the organization's hiring capability of 'Professional' staff in alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor hiring of fixed-term employees and trainees in line with overall organization requirements.
- Contribute to assessing manpower gaps for business units/departments based on business plans and explore both internal and external sourcing options for hiring.
- Support in developing innovative and effective means of assessing potential candidates and organizing candidate interviews.
- Implement Talent Management initiatives and execute policies to retain high-calibre talent.
- Assist the Zonal/Regional HR Head and the Head-Human Resources team in designing and implementing innovative selection tools.
The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
They should also have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, as well as experience in implementing HR initiatives and projects.
