Job Title: Export Document Officer

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Export Document Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Vet all export documents from clients to ensure adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Maintain contact with customers to inform them of the status of their requests.
  • Inform clients about missing information, documents or challenges with their applications in a customer-centric way.
  • Answer client requests in a timely manner and provide helpful information to customers.
  • Participate in initiatives to increase operational efficiency.
  • Exhibit professional conduct at all times while performing day-to-day tasks.
  • Stay updated with changes in regulations and complete internal training.
  • Update and maintain company CRM.
  • Collaborate with other colleagues and teams.
  • Provide monthly operation updates and activity reports with KPI monitoring.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree with majors in logistics, international business or supply chain.
  • Fluent in both written & oral English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
  • Problem solver and autonomous.
  • Highly organized and attention to details.
  • Successful previous experience in similar position.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer relations skills.
  • Microsoft proficiency.
