Job Title: Business Growth Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive business expansion and sales growth. This role will focus on developing strategic partnerships, managing existing accounts, and executing onboarding processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital assets custody industry, excellent sales and business development skills, and a proven track record of achieving targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the business development effort in Singapore
  • Expand customers and sales channels
  • Conduct post-market analysis and provide advice on new innovative products
  • Execute onboarding processes, including contract signing and training
  • Prepare and analyze quarterly sales reports
  • Support licensing applications
Requirements

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the crypto or blockchain industry
  • Strong sales and business development experience
  • Excellent relationship-building capabilities
  • Ability to withstand pressure and maintain a strong sense of responsibility
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin
