Job Title: Lifeguard Supervisor

Overview:

The Lifeguard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing swimming and other activities in and around the pool area to ensure member and guest safety.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise swimming and other activities in and around the pool area to ensure the safety of members and guests.
  • Assist in ensuring pool regulations are being followed.
  • Remain alert to emergency conditions and perform first aid, water rescue when necessary.
  • Help with pool preparation, checks, and reporting as needed.
  • Evacuate swimmers from the pool to safety during lightning alerts and/or heavy rain causing poor visibility.
  • Assist the Manager in duty planning and other required administrative tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates without certification can apply, as training will be provided.
  • Certification or prior experience in lifeguard duties is advantageous.
  • For full-time positions, candidates must be willing to work shifts and weekends.
  • Team players with positive working attitudes and good people skills are preferred.
  • To be considered, applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
