Facilities Maintenance Role

About the Position:

This role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on manufacturing facilities and equipment. The individual will be in charge of facilities equipment and maintenance of compressor & exhaust system, HVAC, ACMV. They will conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and preventive maintenance schedules.

The incumbent will maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and inventory. Process control checks will be performed where applicable. Additionally, they will participate in preventive maintenance & calibration checks for production and measuring equipment as scheduled. Utility setup and equipment move-in, move out document submission will also be part of their responsibilities.

The successful candidate will participate in the planning and execution of facility expansion or improvement projects. A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required. Prior experience in facilities maintenance, preferably in the semiconductor industry, is preferred. Strong knowledge of eACMV and HVAC is essential.
