Cloud Sales Expert for Service Cloud and AI

As a Cloud Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth by leveraging the untapped potential of Service Cloud. This innovative platform seamlessly integrates customer interactions across various channels, transforming every communication into a case that is intelligently routed to the right service agent for swift resolution.
About the Role:
Our team is seeking an experienced Account Executive who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record in B2C and/or B2B sales and account management experience. You will work closely with existing account owners to develop business opportunities and achieve dedicated quotas for Service Cloud product sales.

As a Cloud Account Executive, you will formulate and implement strategic sales approaches within assigned regions, driving revenue growth by penetrating existing customer bases and developing new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute successful campaigns across Service Cloud Field Service, Digital Engagement & install base, prospects, and whitespace.
- Persuade and acquire new leads from prospecting efforts and assist others in qualifying leads and sales opportunities.
- Leverage business from new and established relationships.
- Negotiate and close deals.
- Understand commercial aspects of the Service Cloud solution.
- Exceed annual sales quota by addressing client problems and transforming their business related to contact center needs.
- Educate internal teams to seek Service Cloud opportunities.
Requirements:
- Achiever - Proven success achieving set sales targets and familiar with complex deal cycles. Strong sales discipline and tenacity.
- Passion for Services - Experience selling similar solution stacks or management positions in the customer service industry.
- Strategist - Ability to develop and execute strategies, bringing everyone along on the journey.
- Value selling - Demonstrated experience in uncovering customer needs and adding value to the customer.
- Team seller - Collaboration with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Trusted partner - Passion for working with customers and guiding them on the Salesforce Customer Journey.
About the Opportunity:
We offer a competitive salary range between SGD 120,000 - SGD 180,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will have access to ongoing training and professional development opportunities, as well as a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
