We're searching for a Customer Success Manager to be part of our diverse team of talent here at NCS. As a Customer Success Manager, you will act as a focal point for all support related queries and issues, working closely with customers to ensure they are getting the most out of our services.

Your responsibilities will include assessing customer feedback and improving procedures accordingly, ensuring great customer service is always provided. You will also manage multiple stakeholders and work closely with sales, support, billing, and other technical teams.
