Facilities Maintenance Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and managing maintenance activities for various facilities under our care.



Responsibilities
  • To oversee and manage the delivery of M&E services under IFM and A&A projects
  • To attend meetings with clients, consultants, and strategic partners to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • To coordinate work schedules and project timelines, and to oversee maintenance works to ensure efficient operation of facilities
  • To identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements in maintenance operations
  • To collaborate with colleagues to drive innovation and sustainability initiatives
  • To respond promptly to work requests and fault calls from clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • To develop and maintain strong engineering problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues in M&E systems


Requirements
  • A degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
