Tencent, a world-leading internet and technology company, seeks an experienced Senior International Game Technical Director to oversee technical planning for our international game brand accounts.


As a key member of our team, you will partner with global game developers, engage with domain experts, and create business value by incorporating new technologies into products.


We offer a competitive salary in the range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee comprehensive technical planning for Tencent's international game brand accounts;
  • Partner with global game developers, engage with domain experts, actively identify requirements, stay updated on state-of-the-art technologies, and create business value by incorporating new technologies into products;
  • Enhance the efficiency of account service integration from both product and technical perspectives, optimize the business integration experience, and guide the team in exploring further opportunities to continuously improve the value of accounts.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, majoring in computer science or related fields;
  • Over 8 years of work experience, including at least 5 years of experience in game component development; familiarity with game account systems is a plus;
  • Deep understanding of research and development efficiency tools, with the ability to drive improvements in R&D efficiency;
  • Attentive to customer needs, well-versed in game component product trends and related technologies from both competitors and the industry;
  • Exceptional English communication, business writing, and negotiation skills;
  • Possess a strong overall perspective, excellent teamwork abilities, and a readiness to embrace change and adopt a forward-thinking approach.
