Job Description:

As a Wealth Products and Operations Control Testing Leader, you will be responsible for the testing of controls that are designed and owned by Citi's Wealth Product and Operations departments. The goal is to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of these controls in meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for wealth products and operations controls
• Identify and document control weaknesses, providing recommendations for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement control enhancements
• Analyze test results and provide insights on process improvements

Requirements and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Proven experience in risk management, audit, or control testing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
