HR Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a diligent and organized HR professional to support our recruitment process, foster a positive workplace culture, and maintain accurate employee records.
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives to promote a welcoming workplace environment.
- Manage HR documentation and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Collaborate with teams to organize training and development programs.
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries regarding HR-related matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma and above in a related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of HR practices and labor laws.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
