As a seasoned leader with a proven track record, you will be responsible for developing and executing long-term strategies for membership growth, revenue generation, and corporate relations functions.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive plans for membership growth and revenue enhancement aligned with our organizational vision.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team covering business development, marketing, events, and account management.
- Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate new markets, trends, and strategic partnerships to expand our reach and influence.
- Membership Acquisition & Retention: Develop and oversee strategies for recruitment and retention of members, focusing on high-value accounts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Foster and nurture relationships with government agencies, trade associations, and industry partners to drive collaboration and mutual benefit.
- Performance Management: Establish KPIs and implement metrics-driven frameworks to ensure effectiveness and accountability across the team.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align efforts and drive holistic outcomes that benefit the organization.
- External Representation: Represent us in tripartite workgroups and public platforms, articulating the views and needs of employers and stakeholders.
- Talent Development: Attract, develop, and retain top talent, fostering a culture of learning and excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; a postgraduate qualification in a related field would be an advantage.
- Over 15 years of proven leadership experience in business development, sales, and account acquisition.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and leading complex strategic initiatives.
- Strong leadership with a track record of building high-performing teams.
- Excellent relationship-building skills at the executive and institutional levels.
- Experienced in networking with industry leaders and stakeholders.
