
Senior Luxury Industry Liaison

We are seeking an experienced professional to serve as a key liaison between family office stakeholders and portfolio company leadership teams. This role will ensure operational excellence while upholding the brand heritage and values of our businesses.
The ideal candidate will have relevant years of experience in luxury or lifestyle sectors, or in family offices/funds with hands-on operational involvement in such businesses. They will partner with portfolio company teams to gather and analyze operational data across functions such as sales, HR, and customer experience.
The role involves ensuring brand heritage, exclusivity, and quality standards are rigorously maintained in line with luxury market expectations. The incumbent will collaborate with company leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans, operational improvements, and innovation initiatives.
They will oversee processes to optimize profitability without compromising brand integrity. Digital transformation projects, including e-commerce expansion and experiential marketing initiatives, will also be driven by this role.
Regular performance reports, risk assessments, and opportunity analyses will be provided to family principals. The role acts as a trusted intermediary between the family office and portfolio company management to ensure alignment with the family's long-term vision.
Special projects such as strategic collaborations, events, and work with external consultants may also be supported.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Relevant years of experience in luxury, premium consumer brands, lifestyle companies, or family office portfolio companies.
- MBA or equivalent business management qualification is a plus.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to identify key operational drivers, establish performance metrics, and implement improvement strategies.
- Deep understanding of the luxury brand ecosystem, including heritage preservation, exclusivity, craftsmanship, and customer expectations.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering operational excellence in complex, high-touch environments.
- Solid budget management skills and proficiency in financial/data analysis.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with family principals and senior executives.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
- Willingness to travel as required.
