About the Role:

The Client Service Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients. This includes performing daily tasks such as call confirmations, managing client transactions, and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day customer service activities including call confirmations and managing client transactions.
  • Collaborate with operational and middle-office teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of client instructions.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction by enforcing banking policies and procedures.
  • Use Citi applications proficiently to perform job responsibilities.
  • Participate in service-related process improvements.
  • Audit risk when making business decisions and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English are mandatory for supporting Japanese and Singapore markets. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
  • Multitasking and organizational skills are required to fulfill the needs of banker teams and clients.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail are necessary.
  • Client-facing experience with strong background in client servicing and telecommunication skills.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent may be considered.
