Job Overview

As a hands-on Cybersecurity Specialist, you will work with proven experience in deploying and operationalizing enterprise security solutions.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of threat detection technologies, as well as experience implementing these solutions for commercial and government clients.

This role requires deep technical execution skills and solution integration expertise.

Security Solution Deployment:
  • Deploy/manage endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions such as CrowdStrike and SentinelOne.
  • Implement network detection and response (NDR) solutions like Darktrace and Vectra with network segmentation enforcement.
  • Architect security information and event management (SIEM) deployments using Splunk and Sumo Logic with security orchestration automation and response (SOAR) playbooks.
  • Configure cloud security posture management (CSPM) solutions such as Wiz and Lacework, cloud native application protection platform (CNAPP) solutions like Prisma Cloud, and infrastructure as code (IaC) scanning.
  • Roll out identity and access management (IAM)/privileged access management (PAM) solutions such as CyberArk, Okta, and PingIdentity.
Technical Expertise:
  • Develop detection rules for advanced persistent threats (APT) groups targeting Southeast Asia and integrate solutions into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Conduct solution hardening using Center for Internet Security (CIS) benchmarks.
Client Delivery & Handover:
  • Lead, develop, and conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and system security assessment testing (SSAT) for assigned projects.
  • Create operational runbooks, design documents, and configuration guides.
  • Train client staff on solution management.
Key Technical Requirements:
  • Solution deployment experience with EDR/XDR solutions such as CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, or Microsoft Defender.
  • NDR experience with solutions like Darktrace, Vectra, or ExtraHop.
  • SIEM/SOAR experience with solutions like Splunk ES, QRadar, Chronicle, or Torq.
  • Cloud security experience with solutions like Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or AWS Security Hub.
  • IAM/PAM experience with solutions like CyberArk, Okta, or Azure AD PIM.
Key Technical Competencies:
  • Scripting experience with languages like Python and PowerShell for API integrations.
  • Networking experience with the TCP/IP stack and zero trust segmentation.
  • Cloud platforms experience with AWS IAM, Azure Sentinel, and GCP Security Command Center.
  • Compliance experience with frameworks like NIST 800-53, ISO 27001, and IM8.
Certifications:
  • Required: Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and vendor certifications like CrowdStrike CCSF and Splunk Power User.
  • Desirable: Cloud certifications like AWS Security Specialty and Azure SC-200, IAM certifications like CyberArk Defender and Okta Certified Professional.
