Job Title: Executive Leader of Nursing Operations

Job Summary:
Our organization is seeking a skilled and experienced nursing leader to direct the overall operations of our Nursing Departments. This key role will lead a team of nurses in their clinical practice, participate in hospital committees/projects, and manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of nurses in their clinical practice.
  • Participate in hospital-wide initiatives and projects.
  • Manage staffing needs and conduct ward rounds.

Requirements:
  • Registered Nurse with at least 12 years' of nursing management experience.
  • Post-graduate degree in Management or Nursing with Advanced Diploma in Midwifery, Paediatrics, Medical Surgical, Perioperative, NICU or related disciplines.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Experience/involvement in Quality and Risk Management Committee/Task Force/Project.
