Job Description:

A Process Optimization Specialist is required to drive operational excellence through the development and implementation of improved processes.

  • Transform chemical and mechanical knowledge into daily operational excellence by evaluating work procedures, developing standardized work instructions, and providing training to relevant operators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements through root cause analysis and collaboration with production teams and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues.
  • Maintain quality standards and address discrepancies as they arise.
  • Promote continuous cost reduction activities and efficiency improvements.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering (Chemical/EEE/Mechanical/Materials) or a related field is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and writing skills are essential.
  • Good presentation skills are necessary for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Fresh graduates welcome; no experience necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingsness to work overseas, potentially including a 3-6 month training stint in China.
