Process Optimization Lead

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving process excellence across the organization. As a key member of our team, you will analyze, design, and implement efficient business processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and achieve strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  2. Utilize process mapping and modeling techniques to document and visualize current processes.
  3. Design and develop new or improved business processes that are aligned with organizational goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
  5. Project manage the implementation of new or improved processes, including change management activities and employee training.
  6. Monitor process performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of Management Consulting experience gained with a Big 4 or boutique consultant firm.
  • Familiarity with Business Process Management or Business Process Consulting is desirable.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is essential.
  • Knowledge of process mapping tools, such as Miro, would be advantageous but not required.
