Job Responsibilities
The Logistics Operations Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring vessel arrival and departure, anticipating and addressing operational needs and challenges promptly. Key tasks include monitoring cargo loading and unloading operations, handling cargo documentation, invoices and inwards shipments. The successful candidate will also optimize resource utilization to support cost-efficient port calls, process formalities and declarations in a timely manner and provide vessel attendance as required.
Key Requirements
We are seeking a motivated individual with excellent multitasking skills, effective time management and adaptability to irregular work schedules. On-the-job training will be provided for the right candidate. Flexibility and a willingness to work under pressure are essential for success in this position.
