Innovative Building Design Expert

As a seasoned engineering professional, you will be responsible for crafting innovative structural solutions for various structures and buildings in collaboration with our technical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough engineering analysis to assess stability and load on complex structures.
- To develop designs in accordance with industry-leading standards and codes, such as Eurocodes.
- To prepare and submit comprehensive design proposals to relevant authorities for approval.
- To provide expert guidance and support to junior engineers and colleagues on technical matters.
- To attend regular project meetings and site progress discussions, addressing technical queries as needed.
- To lead junior engineers in delivering high-quality designs and ensuring clearance from relevant parties and authorities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in building design from a local engineering consulting environment.
- Familiarity with relevant codes of practice, regulations, and submission procedures.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
