Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Medical Education Leader to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing medical education programs that meet the needs of healthcare professionals across Asia Pacific.

About the Role:

  • Develop and lead medical education programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with key opinion leaders and cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality education content.
  • Analyze metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of education methods, costs, and results.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to address educational needs of customers aligned to Stryker strategic priorities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, healthcare organizations, and industry thought leaders.
  • Mentor and inspire others to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in medical education or a related field.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of medical device or medical education experience preferred.
