The Senior Store Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in the effective management of store operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day activities and meeting set performance standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads the implementation of store strategies to drive sales growth and improve profitability.
  • Ensures that visual merchandising and store maintenance meet Company standards.
  • Communicates product updates to staff and customers through various channels.
  • Minimizes stock shrinkage and plans routine stocktaking exercises.
  • Manages in-store cash flow, invoices, purchase orders, and till operating procedures efficiently.
  • Compiles daily and weekly sales reports as required.
  • Supports Store Managers in maintaining store standards and confidentiality.
  • Provides coaching and support to store teams, motivating them to achieve individual and store targets.
  • Ensures store staff adhere to Company dress code and grooming standards.
  • Assists Store Managers in executing assigned duties and responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with high integrity and drive.
  • Confident, energetic, resourceful, and self-motivated, with a willingness to work alongside staff on the sales floor.
  • Ability to lead and manage well in a dynamic retail environment.
  • Passion for the retail business and people.
  • Good written and communication skills.
  • Digitally inclined.
