Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Store Operations Manager to lead our sales floor operations and manage staff to achieve sales growth and profit targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing business plans, managing day-to-day sales operations, and ensuring that all store areas are clean and tidy.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and profitability.
  2. Manage day-to-day sales operations, including stationing on the sales floor during store operation hours to lead and motivate sales staff and promoters.
  3. Ensure that all staff and promoters adhere to company policies, rules, and regulations.
  4. Conduct On-The-Job training – coach staff on service etiquette, selling techniques, merchandise knowledge, and grooming standards.
  5. Effective planning of monthly staff rosters for department manager's approval; ensure optimal management of manpower strength.
  6. Handle and resolve customers' enquiries and complaints expeditiously.
