Job Title: Senior Store Operations Manager

Job Description:

The Senior Store Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless store operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing daily tasks, maintaining high standards of work, and implementing improvements to enhance outlet performance.

  • Proficiently manage opening and closing store procedures.
  • Perform daily operations tasks with precision and efficiency.
  • Provide recommendations for improvement without compromising on work standards.
  • In-charge of stock checking, ordering, and confirming delivery items meet specifications.
  • Ensure proper storage of all stocks and manage inventory control.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, handle complaints, and perform service recovery.
  • Communicate company policies and procedures to staff through verbal and written communication.
  • Undertake any operations-related duties assigned by the Store in Charge or Manager On Duty.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Open to candidates from various industries.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Ability to set priorities and delegate tasks effectively.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Applicants will undergo Manager-In-Training training before running operations independently.
  • Salary will be commensurate based on position.
