Job Role: Insurance Case Manager

The primary goal of this position is to handle and manage insurance cases with precision, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive case management services to clients, working closely with consultants and bankers to ensure seamless execution of tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist consultants in sales support work
  • Work with consultants/bankers to arrange medical bookings, prepare documentations, and obtain financial documents
  • Attend client medical examinations or meetings in the absence of consultants (face-to-face interaction)
  • Liaise with bankers and clients for meetings, medical arrangements, new and ongoing application documentations, and policy delivery
  • Submit application documentations to insurance companies
  • Update consultants on their pipeline and cases, ensuring that sales meetings are updated in systems
  • Ensure client documentation is complete, aligned, and satisfies internal & insurance company compliance and due diligence
  • Manage and bring all cases under care into completion (includes follow-up/negotiation with insurers/underwriters)
  • Work with consultants and client servicing to ensure prompt preparation and completion of annual reviews
  • Collaborate with illustration and in-force teams on a daily basis for new and existing policies
  • Prepare specific client power point presentations and product comparisons for client meetings
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
