Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for supporting the business on all operational matters and resolving issues through effective partnership with internal teams. You will take ownership of exceptions and bring them to a logical conclusion, ensuring controls are executed in a timely and accurate manner. Additionally, you will analyze data and trends to identify process weaknesses and gaps in controls, driving process improvement and automation initiatives across the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8 years of working experience, with 4 years of operations experience in Private Banking. A Bachelor's degree in Banking and Finance or a related discipline is also required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge of Temenos, Tableau, and Alteryx is an added advantage.
