Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business development plans and sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with the product management team to develop high-quality proposals and presentations that meet customer needs and align with business objectives.
- Provide pre-sales assistance and after-sales support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with the technical team to ensure efficient delivery of systems and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 4-8 years of relevant working experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications technology and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
