Key Responsibilities:- Manage STRATA properties, including liaising with the STRATA committee, coordinating meetings, and ensuring compliance with STRATA bylaws and regulations.
- Develop and manage budgets for properties and STRATA schemes, monitoring financial performance and preparing financial reports for senior management and STRATA committees.
- Supervise routine and preventive maintenance across properties, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure properties and STRATA schemes comply with relevant local, state, and federal regulations, conducting regular property inspections and audits to ensure adherence to safety standards and other legal requirements.
- Manage lease agreements, including renewals and terminations, and oversee STRATA administration tasks such as processing fees and charges, and managing financial records.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including occupancy rates, financial metrics, and operational issues, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improving portfolio performance.
- Minimum Diploma in Facility Management or related field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in property management.
- Conversant with local codes of practice and regulations.
