Responsibilities
  1. Digital Marketing & Campaign Management: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google), aligning with company KPIs.
  2. AI-Powered Content Creation: Lead the ideation, creation, and publishing of engaging, on-brand social media content, leveraging Generative AI tools.
  3. Visual Storytelling: Conceptualise, capture, and edit high-quality photography and videography assets in-house for various digital communications.
  4. Graphic Design & Collateral Development: Design a wide range of online and offline marketing collaterals, including brochures, digital advertisements, and training materials.
  5. Website Management & SEO: Regularly update and maintain the company's website to enhance brand awareness and improve positive exposure.
  6. Performance Analysis & Reporting: Consolidate data and provide weekly analytical reports on the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
  7. KOL & Partnership Management: Connect with, manage, and nurture relationships with existing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and explore new strategic partnerships.
  8. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to gather customer insights, feedback, and product information to inform marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Education: Minimum Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Visual Design, or a related field.

  • Portfolio: A solid and diverse portfolio showcasing expertise in design, video production, and content creation.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert-level proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Elementor for website management.
  • Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a collaborative team player.
