Roles Responsibilities

This position reports to the director and interfaces with both organisation managers and consumers. Specific Responsibilities

1) Trainees will be able to interact well and liase with clients. Trainees will be able to ensure that the new customers relationships are developed and established.
2) Trainees will be able to research beauty industry and marketplace trends to develop marketing solutions and enhance business operations.
3) Trainees will be able to ensure sales targets are achieved. Involve in annual budgeting plans, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
4) Trainees will be able to handle complex and challenging situations and comfortable working with various stakeholders.

Technical Skills and Competencies

1) Strong interpersonal and communication
2) Manage and execute overall marketing strategy
3) Planning for sales targets
4) Always prepared for complications
